Ausco provides end-to-end capability across engineering design, prototyping, production, testing, and through-life support, with systems developed and manufactured in Australia to ensure secure sovereign supply chains aligned with allied defence programs. Support spans rapid prototyping, production of mission-critical components and systems, installation, commissioning, upgrades, and lifecycle sustainment. Key maritime autonomy technologies are currently at TRL 7–9, transitioning from prototype to scalable production. Through advanced manufacturing and the development of maritime autonomy infrastructure, Ausco contributes to sovereign and allied industrial resilience aligned with AUKUS Pillar I submarine industrial base requirements and Pillar II remote and autonomous maritime systems, enabling scalable production and rapid integration of next-generation defence capability.
