• Praetorian’s Dagger and Arrow interceptors provide scalable, high speed kinetic intercept capability against Group 1-2-3 UAS and USV targets. Equipped with a modular AI optical terminal guidance system, both platforms track, engage, and intercept threats autonomously in contested environments. Arrow’s compact design enables fast deployment by small operator teams, while Dagger’s mobile multi-canister launcher can be repositioned quickly for scalable, rapid deployment and greater survivability. Designed with swarm capability, Arrow enables beyond visual range intercepts, while Dagger’s enhanced endurance delivers medium range engagements for projected deterrence.

Deciders:

• To deploy interceptors at speed and scale is Hadrian, Praetorian’s next-generation battle management C4 system for rapid sensor fusion, threat evaluation, and weapons assignment.
• Acting as a one-to-many force multiplier, Hadrian enables a single operator to deploy swarms of interceptors, automating countermeasure response while retaining human command authority. Integrated with Hadrian is Cerebrum, a world-first counter-swarm AI engine, which analyses swarm behaviours, identifies vulnerabilities, and generates optimal engagement strategies for adaptive responses.

Motherships:

• Venator is a cost effective, high endurance autonomous mothership UAS capable of deploying interceptors, extending counter autonomy missions across air, land, and maritime domains. Its modular airframe supports multiple payloads, enabling long range surveillance and reconnaissance missions, as well as airborne interceptor launches beyond ground-based limits.

• Integrated Hardware & Software: Praetorian is a true hardware-software company, developing both autonomous hardware platforms and cutting-edge AI software systems in-house
• Attritable by Design: All platforms are engineered from initial concept for low-cost, high-rate, scalable production 
• Modular Optical Terminal Guidance (OTG): Praetorian’s AI enabled, modular OTG system enables precise, autonomous C-UAS/
• USV engagements in contested environments, mitigating the need for pilot in control and reducing operator cognitive load
• Swarm-Capable AI: Proprietary AI software enables autonomous, machine-speed swarm-on-swarm countermeasure generation, enabling effective defeat of high-volume swarm attacks with minimal operator requirement

Arrow and Dagger will be available for deployment Q2 2026. Testing and evaluation opportunities are available before this date on request. Praetorian provides full through life support, including training, spares, software updates, and engineering assistance, with sustainment delivered from Australia or through partner nation facilities.
